Ep. 30: The Shiny Objects Got Me

in this episode, I break down why I fell off the face of the Earth for a month.

The shiny objects got me people…

But we are back, and I am currently slashing things off my plate, combining things merging things and generally unfuckifying my entire process so i can move things forward. It’s funny how often I catch myself giving advice to somebody else that I’m ignoring for myself or trying to justify for whatever reason.

But I think that’s one of the reasons why I really genuinely like working with others, sharing my experience and offering suggestions that they can use to improve their situations. It helps to keep me accountable and forces me to take a hard look at myself so that I can improve at the same time.

Hopefully, this one helps you guys looking forward to getting back to regular uploads on Sunday.

Ep. 29: Cancel Your Mental Debt

In this episode, I offer up two big tips for dramatically, increasing productivity and helping drive synergistic results (lol just kidding).

But for real, though, there are a few things that I found that can help with getting rid of the existential dread that starts to sink in when your goals seem like they’re moving further away and tasks continued to pile up. Hopefully these tips can help you with moving yourself towards a calm, cool, and collected 2026.

Ep. 28: How Do You Want to Be Remembered?

In today’s episode, I dig into the cathartic experience of finishing the most epic of Netflix binges…. Let’s talk about legacy. Let’s talk about how you want to be remembered. Let’s talk about standing up collectively and holding one another accountable for unethical behavior in the marketing industry. Let’s ACTUALLY drain the swamp.

This has been a long time coming and I’m genuinely excited about sprinting into 2026 with my agency mostly systematized so that I can be an active member in the community while still delivering results to clients at an affordable price.

Time to start moovin’ units people.

Ep. 27: Building an Ecosystem

On today’s episode, I talk in depth about solving problems and then moving upstream and downstream from those problems to solve bigger or smaller problems. Sounds like a shit load of problems, right… wrong. It’s how I help people go from finding something that I say funny or entertaining, and turning them into raving fans of my brand.

If you wanna learn how to genuinely help people grow from wherever they are to wherever they wanna go and you believe that you are a great source of information or you just want to build a big ass business that serves people at the highest level I think this one is gonna make a huge difference for you. Listen and share.

Cheers,

Ep. 26: Scammers Beware

On this episode, I weigh in on the recent string of people being exposed as scammers publicly. I’ve seen a pile of people just over the last week drag themselves and others through the mud based on their past decisions, coming to light. I’d like to extend a small piece of advice to you all…

You know right from wrong and when you pause right before making that decision, please remember that what happens in the dark eventually always be brought into the light. If you’re willing to live in a glass house and be honest, transparent and ethical in all of your dealings, you will succeed slower, but you will build on top of a foundation that is stable till the end of time.

Ep. 25: Social Proof is a Fallacy

How do I identify people that I can truly trust as sources of information in the modern clout goblin era?! It’s no surprise that everyone in their brother needs to bask in the sunlight of being Internet famous today…. and as business owners or agency owners, we get to suffer the price of admission.

In this episode, I provide a few tests I like to use to identify whether or not someone could be a useful source of information on my journey. Use this test on anyone, including myself before you decide to listen to what they have to say.

Ep. 24: Stop Breaking Continuity

In this episode, I discuss all the cool new shit that we just released. We touch on the branding changes and the reasoning behind them and then eventually get into the nitty-gritty on why I believe the relaunch was a complete flop.

Tune into this one to learn one of the biggest tips in my opinion on how you can sidestep even needing to deal with cold traffic to a large degree moving forward. Ep. 22: Standards

As human beings, generally speaking, we are pretty much lazy as shit. It takes a lot of effort to constantly fight the urge and push for the proper stimulus that you need for growth – but it’s absolutely vital if you’re serious about accomplishing things in whatever area of your life. I stumbled upon one of the more entertaining Internet, beefs involving the “science based ” lifting community and the grizzled veterans that are just promoting common sense, lifting advice and actually talking about growing and have the results to back it up. It’s definitely made me reflect back on how this concept has been playing out in my life, my business, my fitness journey, etc..

The funniest thing about this entire situation is that the people offering them advice the loudest and most confidently are the ones who quite literally have absolutely nothing to show for the results that they’re promoting. Maybe tomorrow’s episode is gonna touch on shutting the fuck up until you have actual results.
